NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with the SANS Innovation Center LLC.

SANS will provide instructor (s) and combined training consisting of eight (8) of their Commercial of the Shelf Training (COTS-T) courses along with six (6) Certifications (See below). COTS-T courses shall run consecutively during the 19 weeks, 4 days AOC-A Functional course in two iterations.

  1. MODULE SEC 560: Enterprise Penetration Testing
  2. MODULE SEC 542: Web App Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking
  3. MODULE SEC 580: Metasploit for Enterprise Penetration Testing
  4. MODULE SEC 599: Defeating Advanced Adversaries-Purple Team Tactics & Kill Chain Defenses
  5. MODULE SEC 565: Red Team Operations and Adversary Emulation
  6. MODULE SEC 660: Advanced Penetration Testing, Exploit Writing, and Ethical Hacking
  7. MODULE FOR 508: Advanced Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Digital Forensics
  8. MODULE SEC 699: Purple Team Tactics-Adversary Emulation for Breach Prevention & Detection

The NAICS code is 611420 - Computer Training. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.501, Only one source reasonably available, exclusive licensing agreements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 13 January 2025 AT 10AM EST, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
