Contractors are reminded that in the case of a HUB Zone set-aside, FAR 52.219-3,
"Notice of HUBZone Set-Aside or Sole Source Award" would apply which requires that at least so percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance be spent for employees of the concern or employees of other HUBZone small businesses.
