USCGC Polar Star is soliciting for the offload and disposal of 10,000 gallons of Bilge Water (<5% oil).
Vendor to offload via truck or barge using a 200 foot long hose with 2 inch camlock fittings.
Offloading of oil is at Pier 30, 31 or 32 , San Francisco CA 94133
