The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, special tools and such other things as are necessary to perform various Dockside Repairs of the USCGC KUKUI (WLB 203), a 225’ Seagoing Buoy tender, all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification.

1. Amend Solicitation 70Z085-21-Q-P4502600 to change Place of Performance from Homeport ;Sitka, AK, to Contractors Facility. Per PACAREA instruction, that restricts cutter to Alaska and the West Coast of the US north of San Diego .

2. Amend Solicitation 70Z085-21-Q-P4502600 to change Evaluation Factor 2. Price, and include "FORSEEABLE COSTS" to

evaluation factor. Please see pages 11-12 of Amendment A00002 Solicitation Attachment.

3. Amend 70Z085-21-Q-P4502600 to extend RFQ due date to October 21, 2020 @ 9am.
