The U.S Coast Guard Acquisition Directorate intends on awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one (1) base period and one (1) option period to procure up to 81 Skiff Ice Inflatable Boats (SKF-ICE) in accordance with the Statement of Work with Specifications - Attachment 1. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being posted in accordance with FAR13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and evaluated in conjunction with FAR 15.101-1, Tradeoff Process. The contract will be issued to one (1) Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation.

The contractor shall perform all functions necessary to provide the commercial item described herein. Each deliverable shall be provided as per the scope of CLINS and in accordance with the Specification referred to as (Attachment 1) and will be incorporated into the contract upon reward. Manufacturing shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes and directives. Contractors shall use the Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 2); and Past Performance Questionnaire Rating Sheet (Attachment 3).

This solicitation is being issued under NAICS Code 336612 as a total small business set aside.
