The attached justification & authorization (J&A) for award of bridge contract HSCG23-11-C-PUD613 is made publicaly available per FAR 6.305. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) awarded bridge contract HSCG23-11-C-PUD613 on a sole source basis to procure 1548 Male Service Dress Blue (SDB) Coats and 468 Women's Service Dress Blue (SDB) Coats using government furnished material for a fixed price of $194,032 (one year bridge) to satisfy USCG requirements. This is estimated to fulfill SDB coat requirements until the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Philadelphia (DLA) can establish the whole sale supply system for the purchase and supply of SDB coats to the USCG.
