AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION HSCG80-13-Q-P45749 USCGC CUSHING (WPB-1321) DOCKSIDE REPAIRS IS AS FOLLOWS:

1) Refer to Page 4 of 48. Delete ITEM's D-002, D-003, D-008, and D-009 in their entirety and replace with the following:

Item: D-002, Description: Tanks (Potable Water), Clean and Inspect, Definitive, Unit JOB, QTY: 1

Item: D-003, Description: Tanks (Sewage Holding), Clean and Inspect, Definitive, Unit Job, QTY: 1

Item: D-008. Description: Ready Use Lockers, Repair, Definitive, Unit Job, QTY: 1

Item: D-009, Description: Tanks (MP Fuel Service), Clean and Inspect, Definitive, Unit Job, QTY: 1

2) Hereby incorporated is the USCGC CUSHING (WPB-1321), 110 Foot Patrol Boat Specification for DOCK SIDE Repairs dated January 8, 2013/ Rev-2. Refer to the Revision Record, page iii of the specification to review the changes.

3) As a result of this amendment, delete all previously issued specifications, page 4 of 48 of the RFQ, and schedule of supplies/services and replace with the specification Replacement Page 4 of 48 and schedule of supplies/services hereto incorporated and attached (Any applicable revisions on the replacement pages are identified in BOLD, italicized print).

4) All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. Be sure to attach this signed SF-30 form when submitting your quote no later than January 25, 2013 at 3:00pm EST.

5) Acknowledgment of Amendment A0001along with the offerors quote or any revision to a previously submitted quote and any additional documentation as a result of Amendment A0001 SHALL be submitted to the Timothy Shuhart, Contract Specialist at [email protected] or fax to 757-628-4628 no later than Friday, January 25, 2013 15:00 pm EST.
NOTE: Acknowledgement of Amendment A0001 shall be accomplished by completing Block 8, 15A, 15B and 15C of Page 1 of the Standard Form 30.
