Synopsis:
This is a notice of intent that GSA anticipates issuing solicitation for software licensing, support, and configuration. The Bill of Material (BOM) with Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) provides for custom installation of software licenses, maintenance support, and configuration for US Central Command, Unified Combatant Command (COCOM) operations. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to IT Consulting Partners, LLC 125 S King Street Jackson, WY 83001-8124 CAGE 69SX0, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). RFQ will be issued to the sole source contactor by the Contracting Officer under FAR 13.5.Questions regarding this synopsis must be submitted in writing via email to the below identified issuing office point of contact no later than the aforementioned date and time.  Oral communication is not accepted on this synopsis. No other communications, whether oral or in writing, will modify or supersede the terms of this synopsis document.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within the designated deadline for submission of this combined synopsis/solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Based on market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 10 days of this notice.
