Contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment and labor to accomplish the construction of a 5'x 5' walk-in closet, and installation of hanging and shelving system and heat detector IAW attached Statement of Work dated 29 November 2018.

This acquisition is set aside for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR Part 19. In accordance with FAR 36.204(a) Magnitude on Construction Projects, the price
range of this project is anticipated to be less than $25,000.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 18 December 2018, at 0800 AKST at Building 1, USARAK CSM Office, Richardson Drive, JBER. Questions are due on 19 December 2018 at 1400 AKST.
