The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide technical assistance and support to USAID/Ghana’s RESILIENCE IN NORTHERN GHANA (RING II)- Systems Strengthening as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). USAID/Ghana anticipates awarding one Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion type contract for an anticipated five-year period.  The Government estimate is up to $24 million.

The tentative period of performance is 5 years.  The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, and other relevant sections of the FAR and AIDAR.

All qualified offerors are invited to submit a proposal.
