The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide technical assistance and support to USAID/Ghana’s RESILIENCE IN NORTHERN GHANA (RING II)- Systems Strengthening as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). USAID/Ghana anticipates awarding one Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion type contract for an anticipated five-year period. The Government estimate is up to $24 million. The tentative period of performance is 5 years. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, and other relevant sections of the FAR and AIDAR.
