This solicitation is for a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for landscaping services for the USAGM Kuwait Transmitting Station.  

Acquisition Authority: This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR Subpart 13.5-Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; dated 07/12/2021. 

The successful offeror shall furnish all personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the landscaping services as described in the attached RFP.
