This is a sources sought announcement for market analysis to determine the availability of potential interested vendors.  This is not a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid.  It does not constitute a procurement commitment by the United States Air Force, implied or otherwise.  All responses are strictly voluntary.  No awards will be made from this notice.  No solicitation is available at this time.  Therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation.  All responses will be used solely for the market research purposes of the Government.  I have attached the draft PWS and appendices for your review.

The ACC/AMC PKFA division located at Langley Air force Base, Virginia is seeking sources interested in a possible award to acquire services for USAFCENT Postal support in the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).  If you are interested in providing these services please send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] providing the following information about your company:

1. Company name and cage code number
2. Mailing address
3. Point of Contact to include phone/fax number and email
4. Identify whether your company is small, small disadvantage, woman-owned, hubzone, 8(a), certified small business concern, service disabled veteran owned or etc.
5. State if you would intend to submit a proposal as a prime contractor for this requirement and if you would be utilizing subcontractors
6. Provide degree of experience in providing same or similar services.
   1. Submit evidence (Capability Statement) of USAFCENT Postal Services experience related to the PWS within the last 7 years from date of this request.  No more than five pages.
   2. State whether your company has performed services in the USCENTCOM AOR in locations listed under 1.3.1.1 of the PWS.
   3. State whether your company has performed services in any other USCENTCOM AOR locations or other other OCONUS locations not listed in the PWS.
   4. State whether your company presently has a secret facility clearance.
