This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is being filled using Sole Source procedures.

Justification for Sole Source procurement: the ceremonial overcoats must match exactly (color, material, style, appearance) with the existing ceremonial overcoats being used by the USAF Reserve and Active duty Bands today. This is necessary so that all AF band members look identical regardless of the unit they are attending from to support any given function.

Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier.

Quotations should be emailed to TSgt Barton Kirkpatrick ([email protected]) no later than 16 Sep 09, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 23 Sep 09. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
