This is sources sought announcement only. This is not a request for proposal. The 802d Contracting Squadron (802 CONS), Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), TX, is seeking to locate companies capable of and interested in providing management and instructor expertise for a combined EMT-Basic/Paramedic and Pararescue Combat Medicine courses. This course will be referred to as the ‘USAF PJ Medicine Program". The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract.
Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide management and instructor expertise in EMT-Basic/Paramedic and Pararescue Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP 3-level combat medicine curriculum content. The contractor shall develop all course curriculum and lesson plans in accordance with Government requirements and provide presentation of lecture material, skill labs and demonstrations, required training, materials, and equipment (if not provided by the government) clinical evaluations, academic leadership, and student mentoring. The contractor shall maintain EMT-Paramedic clinical training and agreements with associated clinical training facilities/EMS agencies and maintain Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) Accreditation for the EMT Paramedic Course based on the review and recommendation of the committee on Accreditation for the EMS Professions (CoAEMSP). Students will be awarded the Contractor's EMT-Basic and EMT-Paramedic certificates of completion college credit upon successful, graduation from the EMT-Basic and EMT-Paramedic course.
The applicable NAICS code is 611430, Professional and management Development Training. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million.

6) List no more than three contracts awarded to your company that were completed in the last five years similar in size, scope and complexity and provide a brief description of each contract (no more than one paragraph) to include contract value. If you do not have such experience, list experience which you feel is directly relevant and explain in no more than one paragraph per contract why it should be considered relevant
Respondents will not be notified of the results of the information; however, the contracting officer will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning. All proprietary information not to be disseminated in Government documents must be clearly identified. Since this is a sources sought announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the participants. This market survey is issued to determine the applicable set-aside strategy based on responses from small business indicating an interest in proposing on this work if it is set-aside.
