THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. The 10th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The 10th Contracting Squadron at United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado, is seeking potential sources capable of providing 1,100 foot lockers (36” wide x 21 ¼” deep x 21” high), USAFA blue color, in accordance with the salient characteristics provided in Attachment 1 – PD 0001 Foot Lockers.

Delivery is FOB: Destination to USAF Academy, CO 80840. Delivery shall be in multiple shipments within a span of approximately 5-days between 1 July 2023 – 1 August 2023. Foot lockers shall be palletized with a weight limit not to exceed 200 pounds.

The recommended North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 337215 – Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. Please advise if an alternate NAICS code should be considered for this requirement and state the reason(s) why.

Accompany your submission with a capability statement, CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID (SAM.gov), Socio-Economic Status and answers to the following questions:

1. Where are the foot lockers manufactured?
2. Are you able to fulfill the requirement in its entirety? Do you anticipate any challenges? If so, what are they?
3. If you cannot fulfill the requirement based on current salient characteristics, can you fulfill it with a similar item? (Please provide specifications of a similar item.)
4. Do you intend to provide a quote for this requirement? How many days would you need to draft a quote?
5. What is your estimated delivery time for all items?
6. What are your payment/discount terms? Do you offer an educational and/or military discount to universities?
7. If you are not able to provide the same item, can you provide a like item? If so, please provide specifications.
