The purpose of this amendment is to exted the due date for quotes until 2:00pm EST, 2/17/16.

This notice/solicitation provides Federal Library and Information Network (Fedlink) multiple award contracts vendors under the Information Resource Product Category fair opportunity to be considered pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(1)(i).

This solicitation is issued by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) for the WestlawNext Government Select Pro Plan identified in Attachment A or its equivalent. This notice/solicitation has been prepared in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1)(ii). Only quotes from Fedlink Information Resource Contractors are being requested and will be considered.

The attached supplemental terms and conditions, quote instructions, and award determination/evaluation criteria apply to this acquisition. Interested Fedlink Contractors can view the attachment labeled RFQ-ADF-GEC-16-0001 for the complete quotation instructions for providing a responsive quote for consideration.

Questions
Questions received on or before 2:00 pm, EST, February 16, 2016 at [email protected] , with the subject line of "Questions for RFQ-ADF-GEC-16-0001 BGUINN/TAYERS " will be answered as an amendment to the solicitation. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. Offerors are prohibited from communicating directly with USADF personnel about this procurement action.

Quotes
Responsive quotes received on or before 2:00 pm, EST, February 17, 2016 at [email protected] , with the subject line of "Quote for RFQ-ADF-GEC-16-0001 BGUINN/TAYERS" will be considered.

Failure to submit any of the requested information or follow any of the stated guidelines may result in the quote being determined non-responsive. Non-responsive quotes will not be eligible for award.
