The purpose of this procurement is to contract the management and operation of mail sorting activities at a supplier-provided facility referred to as the "Omaha, NE Mail Consolidation Center (MCC)", or as the "Omaha MCC." The period of performance will be for a term beginning on April 1, 2013 and ending on at close of business, March 31, 2015. The Postal Service holds three two-year unilateral options for a term beginning April 1, 2015 and ending close of business on March 31, 2021.
