U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks TO LEASE 300-500 Acres of Vacant Land
For Storage of Vacant Travel Trailers

REQUIREMENTS:
The US Government is seeking expressions of interest from individuals that have available 400 acres of land that is not wetland and is flat and hard-surfaced, cleared of trees, debris and other impediments to store travel trailers and mobile homes. Land shall be accessible from primary/secondary paved roads, have water and electric service to the property, and meets local government approval for US Government's intended use.
OCCUPANCY:
Land must be available for immediate occupancy. Once land is determined to meet all technical requirements and comply with necessary environmental, archeological and historical regulations it is the intention of the U.S. Government to solicit proposals and negotiate a lease contract. The lease term will be for 36-months, with a firm term of 18-months.
DELINEATED AREA:
All properties interested in this Government requirement must be located within a 50-mile radius to the North and West and a 25-mile radius to the South and East of the city center of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Expressions of interest should include the following:
•1. Owner's name, address, email address, and phone number;
•2. If submitting on behalf of owner, provide written authorization to negotiate on owner's behalf;
•3. Written proof of ownership or of the legal control necessary to lease the land;
•4. Description of the property, i.e. number of acres, physical characteristics, past and current use;
•5. A legal description of the property;
•6. Picture of the property; and
•7. Map showing the location of the property.
