The General Services (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Kennewick, WA.
The Delineated Area (see map attached) is as follows:
North: From the intersection of Columbia Center Blvd & edge of Columbia River, east to Oak St.
South: From the intersection of Washington St & 27th Ave, west to US Route 395 then southwest to I-82. From the intersection of US Route 395 & I-82, west to Washington Central Railroad.
East: From the intersection of Oak St & edge of Columbia River, south to 10th Ave then west to Washington. From the intersection of 10th Ave & Washington St, south to 27th Ave.
West: From the intersection of Washington Central Railroad & I-82, northeast to Steptoe St then north to Union Pacific Railroad. From the intersection of Steptoe St & Union Pacific Railroad, east to Columbia Center Blvd, then north to the edge of Columbia River.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease within the city limits of Kennewick, WA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if it is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
