This is a Pre-solicitation notice.  A Sources Sought notice was posted on October 27, 2016, tracking number W58RGZ-17-R-0110.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone (ACC-R) proposes to issue a contract for the production of up to 510 UH/HH-60 helicopters over five fiscal years (FYs), from FY 2022 through FY 2026, including associated mission flexibility kits, related support, services, systems/project management, training, publications, and technical data.  This acquisition will be awarded as either a five-year multiyear contract or as a single year contract with four one-year option periods, with an estimated base quantity of 255 aircraft and options for an additional 255 aircraft.  These additional options will be available to support other Department of Defense requirements, other Government agency requirements, and Foreign Military Sales.  ACC-R anticipates this acquisition will be sole sourced to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615, CAGE Code: 78286, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.  Anticipated award date is December 2021.
