Amendment 10 (4/6/2011) is issued to provide the following answers to administrative questions submitted by contractors on submission of proposals.

QA1. On the SF 33 Form, it shows 4 spots to list all the Amendments, however there where 9 (nine) amendments, the most recent being Amendment 09 (4/4/2011), which established the due date.  Furthermore, adding to the confusion, While there are 9 (nine) amendments, ON the FBO site it lists the Amendment 09 as "Amendment 2" along the right-hand column titled "ALL FILES".  Please advise how we should represent this in the SF 33 document.

AA1. Please list all amendments utilizing a continuation page if neccessary.

QA2. Section K (Section K - Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors) leaves a blank space for listing the NAICS code and the Small business set aside.  Is it necessary to provide this information in the response?  If so, how do we provide?  Should we print out and include full copies of the RFP in our response, with the blank spaces in K filled out?  Or is this unnecessary?

AA2. Please refer to 52.205-8(d). A full printout of Section K is not required.

Also, please note that in the event of a Government shutdown, the proposal due date remains unchanged and Government personnel will be available to receive and accept proposal submissions.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
