In lieu of the usual USACE, Portland District Industry Day held in the first quarter of the upcoming Federal Government fiscal year, the Public is invited to a scaled-down Small Business Outreach event, hosted by the Oregon Government Contracting Assistance Program (GCAP) will be held on 8 December 2021.  The event agenda will include:

  • Upcoming FY22 Opportunities by District Chief of Contracting, Mitch Johnson (video)
  • Interactive Q&A via Zoom platform with District Small Business Professional, Carol McIntyre on questions from participants on How to Do Business with Us, as well as on available info about the upcoming Opportunities.
