Pursuant to FAR 5.201 this is a notice of intent to award a contract. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

This is a sole source acquisition pursuant to U.S.C. (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source.

The primary purpose of this contract is to secure U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters and all field operation activities (Divisions, Districts, Laboratories, and Centers) access to ProjNet (SM)-DRChecks(SM) Module.

DrChecks (SM) is an Internet-based design review and checking application.  Through a single point of access to all project materials, DrChecks (SM) allows authorized users to communicate and resolve design issues. DrChecks(SM)'s complete record of this collaborative effort, including all comments, changes and resolutions, is available to all project partners throughout the entire design, bid and build process.
