The proposed effort will provide 30 users at NRC with electronic access to Uranium Intelligence Weekly newsletter. The period of performance for this effort is one base year and one option year from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011. This notice of intent is neither a request for quotes or a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities and any other information that demonstrates an ability to meet the NRC’s needs.
