The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to create an award as a sole source to Compu Dynamics, LLC. for revitalization of the National Maritime Center's (West Virginia) Uninteruptible Power Supply for its phones and servers. They are the original equipment manufacturer, and as a result, are the only company that can perform the services without voiding the warranties.

This award shall be less than the simplified acquisition threshold, shall be less for services less than 12 months in duration, have only one contract line item on it valued at less than $250,000.00 and shall not have any options on it. The sole source justification is attached to this notice.

This notice serves as a synopsis of the requirement, the public notice of the USCG's intent to sole source, and public posting of the sole source justification. As a result of this notice, no other public communications are expected to be made and this notice constitutes all of the USCG's public notice requirements.
