Invitation to Bid Upper Garage Extension Brookfield, CT 06804 Bid Ref # T-24-02 The Town of Brookfield Parks Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to design and construct an extension to the Parks & Recreation Department upper garage, located at 45 Long Meadow Hill Road, Brookfield. The existing upper garage is a 30’ x 40’ metal barn with a pitched roof used for storing ground maintenance vehicles and equipment. The proposal is to extend the barn to the rear (East) by an additional 30’ x 40’ of the same or similar construction.
