NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 2, 2021, for Upper Bellbrook Tank Recoating, Project No. 2003WA and Ferry Road Tank Recoating, Project No. 2009WA, for the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department. At such time the bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. This legal advertisement is also published on the Greene County Board of County Commissioners website, http://www.co.greene.oh.us/Bids.aspx. This project includes recoating and associated work for the Upper Bellbrook Tank and Ferry Road Tank located in Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. Copies of the Plans and Specifications, the estimated quantities of the items of work, the proposal and contract forms can be downloaded at the Bid Express website https://www.bidexpress.com/solicitations and are on file and may be obtained in the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385. They may be obtained upon payment of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) Cash, NONE OF WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED. A MANDATORY Prebid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 23, 2021, via Zoom.
