The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source delivery order for the Upgrade of Four (4) Taiwanese E2C aircraft to be upgraded from the Group II to the Hawkeye 2000 configuration at the Northrop Grumman Corporation, site in St Augustine, FL. and install two (2) Hawkeye 2000 kits onto Taiwanese aircraft (5 & 6) in Taiwan by a Northrop Grumman Corporation Field Mod Team. As such, Northrop Grumman Corporation is the only source possessing the unique knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform the described effort in the requisite time frame. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. See Notes 22!!
