This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the upgrade of existing Media Composer Adrenaline to MN Nitirs DX. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, tools, parts, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to fulfill the requirement for the upgrade of Media Composer Adrenaline to MC Nitris.
