The Great Plains Area Office intends to award a sole-source award to Johnson Controls, Inc. to upgrade current building automation system (BAS) at the Ft. Yates IHS Hospital, Ft. Yates, ND. The current BAS is Metasys which is proprietary to Johnson Controls, Inc. All controllers connected to the BAS is also proprietary to johnson Controls, Inc. Other controllers manufactured by others is not compatible with the system.
