Upcoming RFP Notification: Valley Water is seeking proposals from responsive, responsible and qualified engineering firms (“Proposers” or “Proposer”) to provide the Planning Phase and deliver the Planning Study Report and its associated reports which include the Problem Definition Report, Conceptual Alternatives Analysis Report, Feasible Alternatives Analysis Report and Staff-Recommended Alternative Report, and the CEQA document for the Almaden Valley Pipeline (AVP) Project. The Consultant will be required to prepare their own Work Plan detailing the responsibilities and approach in delivering the Planning Phase deliverables and CEQA document.
