This initiative is for the establishment of a successor to a previous Corporate Contract. The acquisition will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 15 (due to commerciality), as an Unrestricted Indefinite Quantity Type contract, using Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c )(1), for the procurement of various NSNs/Non-NSNs, regardless of awardee, which have historically been supplied by BAE Systems Survivability Systems (formerly OâGara Hess & Eisenhardt/Armor Holdings) cage 6W728 or for which BAE Systems Survivability Systems is an approved source. The current population consists of 1771 items. Additional items may be added in future phases. There are 124 items that have been identified for âSurge and Sustainmentâ, which will be included as an evaluation factor. The contract will have a one year base with four additional one year options. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. The resulting contract will be awarded on the basis of both Customer Direct (DVD) and DLA Direct (stock) replenishment. Vendor proposals are to reflect the Governmentâs required delivery schedule to support UMMIPS, with deliveries of 4, 7, or 14 days for vendor managed inventory, depending on IPG priority. Governmentâs requested delivery schedule for stock replenishment is 30 days. Offers should be based on FOB Destination. Adequate specifications, plans or drawings are not available. All NSNs will be available for PID download on or before June 19, 2009 on DIBBS under âRFPâ. FSCâs to be covered under this project include, but not limited to: 1005, 1010, 2040, 2510, 2530, 2540, 2590, 2815, 3040, 3110, 3120, 3830, 3990, 4010, 4130, 4210, 4210, 4320, 4710, 4720, 4730, 5305, 5306, 5307, 5310, 5320, 5325, 5330, 5340, 5365, 5930, 5945, 5970, 5975, 5985, 6150, 7690, 9320, 9340, 9515 and 9905.
