TOWN OF EASTON LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DISPOSITION OF TOWN OWNED LAND: PURCHASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 388 DEPOT STREET, EASTON, MASSACHUSETTS CENTER SCHOOL The Town of Easton (“Town”) is requesting proposals from qualified respondents to purchase and redevelop the former Center School located at 388 Depot Street, Easton, MA 02356. The sale of this property will require that the selected proposer enter into a Purchase and Sale negotiated with terms satisfactory to the Town and sufficient to ensure the prompt completion of the project in accordance with the terms of the accepted proposal. A non-mandatory site walk will be held on Monday September 9th at 1:00 PM on site at 388 Depot Street. Sealed responses clearly labeled " Proposal for Purchase of Town Owned Land – 388 Depot Street" are due by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024, delivered to: Town Administrator / Chief Procurement Officer Connor Read, Easton Town Hall, 136 Elm Street, North Easton, MA 02356.
