The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Edge Learning Institute, Inc., to furnish all materials for the following:

CLIN 0001: QTY - 502 EA: "Unlocking Your Potential: Preparing and Inspiring Young Adults to Succeed" DVD Upgrade to existing kits.

CLIN 0002: QTY - 1 EA: Shipping/Handling

This will be a firm-fixed price contract for NEW, UN-OPENED upgrade kits. If there is any other businesses that can provide the CLINs provided above, they must respond to this notice before 2:00 pm CST on 27 April 2011. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Matthew Bender & CO., Inc.
