The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (CCDC-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for “unlocked” PreForm Software.  The Government intends to award one purchase, on a sole source basis, to Formlabs, Inc., the sole distributer for the required “unlocked” Preform Software. 

The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this effort is 541512 and the small business sized standard is $30M.
