The Naval Special Warfare (NSWC) Command, Contracting Department intends to award a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, single-award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for an United States Parachute Association (USPA) approved Accelerated Free-fall Instructor (AFFI) Course of Instruction (COI) for up to four (4) personnel. The contractor shall provide personnel, management, materials, equipment, facilities and airlift necessary in support of the USPA AFFI training certification.

The services will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699, Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. The size standard is $12M.

By submitting an offer, the offeror is self-certifying that neither the requestor not the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contrast from any federal agency.
