This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source Request for Proposal to modify HQ0147-17-C-0032 to award a sole-source contract modification to Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control (LMMFC) for the production of United States Government (USG) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Interceptors, associated one-shot devices and interceptor unique support items.  If responsible parties believe they can perform components of the requirements, please contact LMMFC for subcontracting opportunities.  An acquisition strategy has been approved to solicit and negotiate with LMMFC under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
