The US Government seeks to lease approximately 5,225 rentable square feet of contiguous office space. This office space must be within the following delineated area:
North: Hill Side Avenue
East: 168th Pl
South: Archer Avenue
West: Van Wyck Expressway
The Space should yield a minimum of 4,140 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 4350 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, cancellable by the government after the initial 5 years upon 120 days written notice. The lease must be fully serviced. Offered space must be contiguous on one floor and meet the Government's requirement for fire and life safety, and handicapped accessibility.
Expressions of interest should include the following:
•1. Building Name and Address
•2. Rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot
•3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet
•4. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a Letter of Authorization from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
