The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Division, Code 2.5.1.2, Webster Field St Inigoes, Maryland intends to issue a firm fixed price five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with base year and four (4) option years with Energy Technologies, Inc, 219 Park Avenue East, mansfield, OH 44902 to supply sixty-five (65) Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) 1.0 KVA P/N ETI0001-2227AG, thirty-five (35) UPS 2.0 KVA P/N ETI0001-2229AG, sixty-five (65) UPS 4.0 KVA P/N ETI0001-1460AA and one hundred fifty (150) Slide Sets. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other service or supply will satisfy the agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capability.
