Solicitation N00421-16-T-0498 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Energy Technologies, Inc. for Uninterruptible Power Supply, P/N ETI0001-1445AB, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Energy Technologies, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

New equipment only. No refurbished equipment or substitute equipment is authorized.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV databases prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.SAM.gov.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
