This is a Notice of Intent to issue a contract to Nova Power Solutions, Inc. 23020 Eaglewood Ct., Ste 100, Sterling VA 20166 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
