The Department of Justice (DOJ) Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is seeking information regarding Unimproved Road Training, driving and survivability training for its Mobility Operators. The ideal training environment offers over 400 feet of elevation change, multiple road surface changes to include gravel, dirt, pavement and clay. The ideal facility also has multiple combinations or corners to include decreasing and increasing radius corners, corners with obstructed views and corners with elevation change. The Government request that the contractor have various vehicle platforms for Mobility Operators to train on to include, Front Wheel Drive, Rear Wheel Drive, 4 Wheel Drive, All Wheel Drive, Manual Transmission and right hand drive vehicles. The DOJ is seeking as well, customizable courses of instruction to be tailored to the needs of the team based on the evolving mission set of the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT). The DOJ prefers that contractors have the ability to train mobility operator groups in various sizes and the ability to insert 1 or 2 mobility operators into a training class not sponsored by HRT.  All potential contractors with this experience are requested to send a capability brief direct to Mr. Jeffrey R.
