CITY OF BONNER SPRINGS RFQ FOR UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE The City will receive Statements of Qualifications until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2021, for the following: Unified Development Ordinance Request for Qualification documents are available for review at the City Clerk’s Office and on the City’s website at www.bonnersprings.org/bids. Sealed statements must be marked as specified by packet requirement. Statements received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the sender. Statements will be evaluated by the City based on related project experience, technical competence of the firm and key personnel, approach, schedule, and prior work experience with the City. The City reserves the right to select the contractor that best suits its need whether the price is the lowest or not and reserves the right to reject all proposals or waive informalities. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. No respondent may withdraw his or her proposal for a period of sixty (60) days from the deadline date specified above. The City will not reimburse respondents to this RFQ for any costs incurred in the preparation and submittal of the proposals. Further, the request does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
