The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) anticipates the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Unified Capabilities Soft Client Subscription Services, Solicitation Number W52P1J-16-R-0172, in support of Project Director, Enterprise Services (PD ES) program on approximately 30 September 2016.

**THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT REQUESTING PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS**

The overall objective of Unified Capabilities Soft Client Subscription Services is to provide worldwide accessible services, which includes non-assured voice, video, instant messaging/chat, presence, and desktop sharing capabilities delivered from a Contractor Owned and Contractor Operated, on premise or off premise, cloud-based (Software-as-a-Service) service solution. A draft solicitation was posted in August 2016 and is available for review.

This requirement is being solicitated under Full and Open Competition.  The period of performance consists of one (1) one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods.  A single firm-fixed price contract award to the Offeror who is determined to be the Best Value to the Government.
