This requirement will be solicited directly to UNICOR., IAW FAR 8.002(a)(1)(iii), Priorities for Use of Mandatory Sources.
UNICOR is not a small business under the selected NAICS, however, it is a mandatory Government source through the
AbilityOne Program. The results of the market research indicate that IAW FAR 8.002(a)(1)(iii), Priorities for Use of Government
Supply Sources, this contract shall be awarded to UNICOR, which is an AbilityOne source and is Government mandated.
