Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Vending Services to the University of North Georgia as further described in this eRFP. This RFP is for Vending Machine Service on the Dahlonega, Gainesville, Oconee (Watkinsville), Blue Ridge and Cumming campuses of the University of North Georgia, exclusive of the Department of Athletics and the University's Bookstores who have existing agreements. The awarded supplier MUST comply with the specifications of this contract and not create a competitive environment with the other UNG contracts for vending services, In addition to tradition offerings, the University is interested in solutions that offer increased variety to include healthy options, and expanded availability of fruit juices, sports drinks and bottled water.
