Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide UNG - Trademark and Licensing to the University of North Georgia (UNG) as further described in this eRFP. The University of North Georgia (UNG) is seeking to enter a contract with a supplier to market and license the UNG logos, marks, and verbiage (Trademarks). The supplier will act as UNG¿s exclusive agent to license the use of the UNG¿s trademarks in the marketing of various articles of merchandise and the associated marketing for UNG through licensed products. The supplier will also act as UNG¿s exclusive agent to license the use of trademarks in such a manner as to preserve the integrity, character, and dignity, as well as maintain and protect the reputation, of UNG. This will be a potential one year contract with 4 annual renewals. COST SHOULD ONLY BE LISTED ON THE COST PROPOSAL SHEET LOCATED IN BUYERS ATTACHMENTS.
