Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide UNG - Small Printing Services to the University of North Georgia (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Qualified Suppliers will be requested to provide the following printing for UNG: Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes and Blank Note Cards. The Specifications for Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes and Blank Note Cards are attached and must be adhered to. Qualified Suppliers must register with our current trademark and licensing supplier ¿ CLC Learfield Licensing. In addition, UNG is requesting that the awarded suppliers provide bids on small printing jobs with a quantity of 25,000 or less. The scope of work for these jobs will be sent out to each awarded contractor at the time of need, and the supplier with the lowest cost or who can complete the requested job as needed will be awarded the job. The potential suppliers must bid on the Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes and Blank Note Cards to be allowed to bid on future 25,000 (quantity) or less small printing jobs.
