Synopsis for surface and subsurface clearance (four feet below surface) of potential unexploded ordnance (UXO) for an area approximately 100 feet by 200 feet are required for award of a Firm-fixed price type contract within the geographic boundaries of the Poinsett Electronic Combat Range, Shaw AFB, SC. The NAICs code is 562910 and is set-aside for small businesses only. The provisions of 29 CFR 1910.120 shall apply to all UXO related actions taken at the site. The scope of the work also includes, but not limited to, removal of UXO, Ordnance, and Explosives (OE) residue from the clearance location to an area designated by the Government for processing, segregation and on-site storage. Recovered UXO/OE shall be separated by type and condition (i.e. functioned as designed or suspect live). Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, instruments, transportation, and services, except as specified as Government Furnished Items and Support, necessary to accomplish the required UXO support services.
